The Choleric Temperament

Your temperament is choleric. The choleric temperament is fundamentally ambitious and leader-like. They have a lot of aggression, energy, and/or passion, and try to instill it in others. They can dominate people of other temperaments, especially phlegmatic types. Many great charismatic military and political figures were choleric. They like to be in charge of everything. However, cholerics also tend to be either highly disorganized or highly organized. They do not have in-between setups, only one extreme to another. As well as being leader-like and assertive, cholerics also fall into deep and sudden depression. Essentially, they are very much prone to mood swings.

I thought I am a SANGUINE (char). Surprisingly, my temperament is CHOLERIC and I totally agree that I am ambitious and leader-like. However, I am not too sure that I can dominate other people’s temperament and I guess I should explore or discover that more.

As I read the whole definition of a choleric personality, many traits that, I really was experiencing right now and everything goes along. According to the definition    “you are goal oriented, organize well, delegates work, stimulate activity, look for practical solutions, move quickly, and encourage production. However, as a leader, your subordinates may not appreciate your bored trivia, manipulation capabilities, and the demand for loyalty. You tend to make harsh decisions, is tactless, and rude. When you encounter an obstacle, you see it as a challenge and opportunity at the same time. This is your chance to solve yet another problem! With your positive traits, you can easily motivate other people.”

I am a goal-oriented person! I am very determined to finish what I have started and I do not like to see things unorganized. It made me sick! Particularly in my stuff, if someone wants to borrow my things you should returned it properly and not messy. Okay! (hehehe).

Yes indeed, and I really like to motivate other people especially in my workplace, sometimes, we encounter discouragement in life that may affect our work performances. So by inspiring and sharing ideas what I have learned from my teachers, friends or even when I read some inspirational quotes I immediately encourage them to pursue what they want to do and do not think any negative thoughts and negative vibration.

Regarding all those positive and negative traits, I guess it is better for you to know the person personally. Because we cannot conclude directly by just seeing or reading those personality test result. As long as you are not stepping other people’s life and you build a good relationship to them. Being good to people is a legacy to left behind. RESPECT BEGETS RESPECT, right!

The University of Mindanao Tagum College celebrates its annual Marketing Day Festival 2014 @  Pedro San Jose Gymnasium...

It is my third time to attend and celebrate this year event and truly spectacular, because all the marketing students are very eager to cheer and shout for their teams and representatives. The enthusiasm of being a future marketer is INCREDIBLE.

One of the events in marketing day that I really loved the most is the Product Development and Product Innovation. We able to create a new product such as gowns and formal wears by using the existing product and recycled materials to be wore by the candidates of Mr. & Ms. Marketing Jewel which is the main said event.

My Career Plan

In my thoughts, CAREER PLANNING is the best way to asses yourself in order for you to determine your goals, aims, and dreams towards a better job. I know myself that I am taking the right path in choosing my career plan, though I am not certain that 100% I will become successful because there are many surprises lies ahead.   As I decided, I took up business course major in marketing management because there are many opportunities that you may choose from, either you work in a public or private sector, established your own venture or you can  even used your imaginative innovative skills and talents through producing goods & services for you to be able to market your own craft.

            As I invested my time and effort in studying BUSINESS MARKETING course, my GREGARIOUS GORGIO’S fashion blog enhances my field in business. It develops my skills and capabilities to be a highly competitive individual not just in our country but also greatly in the whole world. It trains me to risk and enter in the world of fashion. When I make my fashion blog, I think of idealistic yet natural features of which people would mesmerize my creations. Greatly to note that it preserves the style and taste of Filipino designers in terms of world competition for fashion. My dear bloggers and fashionistas in the world, your appreciation and link to my fashion blog would greatly help in promoting my elegant style of fashion and the adaptation of any international outlook design.

            With this idealistic career plan of mind, I am surely envisioning the intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction. I would get whenever I reach the fulfillment and success of my blog. I would be able to show the world what I have and absolutely structured myself in the LAUREL OF FAME.

Are you really, definitely, and absolutely happy? It will be a long way to make us answer this question into a big YES. Money is not enough alone indeed, same as to career, or even a relationship. Also family and friends will not surely compensate our hidden desires and craving hearts for our undistinguished wishes. SO WHATS the BOTTOM line?.. I do not have the answer in mind actually but what I greatly have in my heart is a fountain of positive things - that whatever my hands find to do i will do it with all my might. Hang on there Inday opportunity, I'M NOT COMING LATE!

Hi everyone, it is my first time to make a blog and I am very excited to posts, share everything about positivism, and get a positive outcome.

My friends told me that I am introvert when it comes to socialization and group conversation because I am afraid to criticize. Before I say it, I have to think that, is it my idea really a substantial? I do not usually rebuttal things when I know its nonsense and no need for further discussion.

Well, anyway let us go forward about the possessions that I really like about, I loved entertainment; celebrity, music, news, movies especially fashion…I am very eager to become the most renowned designer and hopefully I could established my own couturier. In my point of view, styling is really in need of every person because this would be probably the best partner ingredients in every spice of your life, having a positive outlook a good image to present the best in you.
